2. Scope of Services
DMA Graphix provides graphic services as outlined on our website. All services must be booked through our official platform. Any verbal discussions or informal communications do not constitute a formal agreement and are not legally binding.

3. Consultations and Project Agreements

• All consultations and requests (i.e. quote requests) must be officially booked through the DMA Graphix website.

• DMA Graphix is only responsible for details, agreements, and commitments made in writing during an official consultation ,where your request will be read back to you for accuracy.

• Verbal discussions, emails, or social media messages without an official consultation do not establish liability on the part of DMA Graphix.

4. Payment and Deposits

• Pricing and payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon during the official consultation.

• A deposit may be required before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

• Failure to make payments as agreed may result in project delays or termination.

5. Revisions and Approvals

• Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as agreed upon in writing during the consultation.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra charges.

• Once the client gives final approval, any further modifications will require a new project agreement and possibly additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

• DMA Graphix retains the rights to all original designs and may use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon rights to use the final designs as outlined in the written agreement.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Clients may cancel services before work begins, subject to a cancellation fee if applicable. (All Deposits are non refundable).

• Once work has started, refunds will be issued at DMA Graphix’s discretion based on the amount of work completed.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

• DMA Graphix is not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from the use of our designs once delivered and approved by the client.

• We are not liable for errors in design content after client approval.

• If physical items are being shipped, DMA Graphix is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any issues regarding lost or damaged packages must be handled directly with the shipping provider.

9. Changes to Terms
DMA Graphix reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
